House Limits
• Please note there are two locked closets used for owner storage and housekeeping supplies.
We value your privacy and offer a fully contactless experience with self check-in via smart lock. However, we take pride in managing the property ourselves, so you may see us briefly on the exterior clearing snow in the winter or tending to maintenance.
We live locally and are often around town, so while we generally leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, we are just a quick message away via the app if you need assistance or a local recommendation.

• Active Construction: Our neighborhood is brand new and growing! You may experience construction noise (framing, heavy machinery) from neighboring lots between 7:00 AM and dark.
• The View: While our primary view is the stunning panoramic of the Big Horn Mountains and the town of Sheridan, please note that there is a commercial equipment yard visible about 1/4 mile in the distance. We like to think the mountains steal the show, but we want to be clear about the setting!
Accessibility
• Single-Level Living: Good news for those who dislike stairs—once you step over the small 4-inch threshold at the front door, the entire home is on a single level. There are no interior stairs to navigate.
Pet Policy
We are happy to host your furry family members! To keep our home pristine for future guests, we have a few simple requests:
• Fence Height: Please note the perimeter fence is 4ft chain link. If your dog is a "jumper" or escape artist, please do not leave them unattended in the yard.
• Crate Training: We kindly ask that dogs be crated when left unattended in the home.
• Clean Up: Please pick up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood.
