A 1947 Spartan Manor — fully restored, properly outfitted, set on quiet land at the edge of Sheridan with horse pasture, cottonwoods, and the Big Horns in the distance. Cedar deck, gas grill, fire pit. Full bed, glass cooktop, mini fridge, small bathroom with shower. Small space, considered details, dogs welcome.
Built in 1947. Restored for now.
The 47 is a Spartan Manor — one of the most sought-after vintage trailers ever made — fully renovated and set on a quiet piece of land on the edge of Sheridan, with horse pasture to the west and dense cottonwoods pressing in from behind. It feels further away than it is.
Inside, the restoration kept what mattered: the original polished aluminum, the porthole window, the curved shell that made Spartan the standard everything else was measured against. What’s new is considered — birch walls and ceiling, luxury vinyl plank floors, a glass cooktop, pendant lamps, a tufted green velvet sofa, cowhide rug. A full bed dressed properly. A small bathroom with shower. Mini fridge and freezer.
Outside: a cedar deck, two Adirondacks, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The trees behind you belong to nobody. The mountains show up when the light is right.
A word on outlets: there aren’t many. This is a good reason to leave the laptop behind.
Dogs are welcome
The trailer is yours exclusively — deck, Adirondacks, gas grill, and fire pit included. You’ll have a designated parking spot (note: not suitable for trailers or RVs) and access to the surrounding yard.
We’re a text away and typically respond within the hour. For anything that needs eyes on it quickly, we are local and able to stop by.
This is a vintage camper — it comes with the charm and the limitations. The toilet is camper-style, the shower is compact, and the hot water tank is small, so long showers aren’t in the cards. If you’re over 6 feet tall, you’ll feel it.
The bed here is a full. There is no oven or microwave, just a glass cook top.
Storage is minimal. Please consider packing light. There is storage under the bed for bags/luggage. Please take this into consideration.
The mini split keeps things comfortable but it’s a tin can — on hot days it works hard. Outlets are limited, which is a good reason to leave the laptop behind.
The main house patio has a sightline to the front door and deck of The 47, so this isn’t the place if total privacy is what you’re after. This is a multi-property setting — you may cross paths with neighbors or other guests.
Come for the adventure and none of this will bother you.

My name is Tyler, and I've proudly called Sheridan home for the past 17 years. I began my career in the railroad industry and later transitioned into hospitality and small business ownership. For the past five years, I've hosted guests across four well-maintained short-term rental units, combining thoughtful design with genuine, local hospitality. Along side my wife, I also co-own Real Deals on Home Decor & Boutique in downtown Sheridan, where we help bring style and character into local homes. We share our lives with three dogs- Bailey, Olive, and Hattie B-who keep things lively. Hosting is more than a business for me-it's a way to share what makes Sheridan special with visitors from near and far.
