Experience comfort and charm in our bright, breezy two-story home just minutes from Sheridan’s historic Main Street. Thoughtfully renovated, the house combines vintage character with modern conveniences:

- Rest Easy: Two inviting bedrooms with queen beds and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
- Modern Touches: Blazing-fast fiber internet, updated spaces, and details designed with guest comfort in mind.
We spent nearly a year creating a space we’d want to stay in ourselves, pulling inspiration from our travels and past stays. Every detail has been considered so you can simply settle in and enjoy.
Pet-Friendly with Fenced Yard
We welcome furry friends! The yard is fully fenced (as of fall 2023), perfect for your pup to explore. A note for small dogs: very small breeds (like my 11lb miniature poodle) may be able to slip through the black iron fencing, so please keep that in mind. A $35 pet fee applies.

- Upstairs: One bedroom + one bathroom
- Downstairs: Second bedroom + laundry
- Note: As with many older homes, the stairs are narrow and steeper than in new builds. Safe and functional, but worth noting. The basement bedroom stays cooler in summer—a bonus for warm days!
Outdoor Spaces & Parking
Enjoy two private outdoor seating areas, a side yard for your pup, and a large driveway that fits two cars (with plenty of street parking too).
We operate another small vacation rental behind this home. Both houses are fully separated with private entrances, fencing, and dedicated parking—only the land is shared.

- Quick access to the 5th Street interstate exit
- Minutes from Main Street, the ice rink, and Sheridan’s attractions
- Peaceful, older part of town with lots of walkable green space
Guest Access & Hosting Style
You’ll check in and out on your own, though you might see us occasionally for seasonal upkeep like snow removal or mowing. We live outside of town but are nearby if needed.

For the past five years, I've hosted guests across four well-maintained short-term rental units, combining thoughtful design with genuine, local hospitality. Along side my wife, I also co-own Real Deals on Home Decor & Boutique in downtown Sheridan, where we help bring style and character into local homes. We share our lives with three dogs- Bailey, Olive, and Hattie B-who keep things lively.
